Executive Director / Senior Producer

Fio are looking to appoint a dynamic, exciting and passionate leader to join the company as Executive Director or Senior Producer, depending on experience level.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference for Global Majority people in Wales, helping to create cultural change. We are interested in people who have a background in the arts, but also those that may be new to this field, and are totally open to radically re-thinking pathways to senior leadership positions.
