TWF Tales

Fio and Global Gardens present Twf Tales, an exciting, new, Cardiff-based creative writing and gardening 9-week project for 15 individuals (aged 18+) from a Global Majority background. Twf Tales aims to imbue culture into storytelling through gardening practices and foster a community through connection, while using written exercises that promote healthy mental wellbeing.

The workshop sessions last 1 hour and 30 minutes, and are split equally between the gardening portion led by Global Gardens, and the creative writing portion led by Madalena Juma

Along the project there will also be the chance to explore photography, a little Welsh, play games, and much more, culminating in a celebration at the end of the 8 workshop sessions.

This project is funded, created, and co-led by Fio in collaboration with Global Gardens, who host and co-lead.
